This training curriculum is scheduled as a two-day session starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM each day. A general outline of topics presented is listed below and is specialized to a certain degree to meet the needs of the staff receiving the training. Our next Regulator Basics training will be held at our Corporate Headquarters in Lakewood, NJ on October 5-6 2010.
• Overview of GLI services provided to Gaming Regulatory Agencies & Commissions including: Phase I Laboratory Testing, Phase II On-Site Inspections and Certification
• Brief overview of Gaming Regulations
• Reasons for Testing and Approving Gaming Devices and Systems
• Explanation of our Certification Process and using GLIAccess to obtain specifics with regards to Certifications and the Testing and Approval process of Gaming Devices and Systems
• Brief overview of how to handle a malfunction or initiating a Forensic Examination to provide details regarding patron disputes.
This training is designed to give commission and agency staff the opportunity to learn about the testing process, on-site inspection techniques and understand the purpose for a forensic examination.
The cost of receiving the training would be just your travel and lodging expenses to attend the training. We feel that this training is very important for agency and commission staff and should be free of charge to our gaming clients.
